 The Samsung Galaxy S24 series has been officially announced. A few significant hardware improvements have been made, as the rumors had indicated, but the real innovation is found in the new AI capabilities. With Galaxy AI, which attempts to enhance nearly every feature of the phones, the Galaxy S24 family is now smarter than ever, following in the footsteps of Google's Pixel 7 and Pixel 8 ranges.

All AI-related capabilities that come with the Galaxy S24 series and One UI 6.1 are collectively referred to as "Galaxy AI." It's clear that Samsung plans to rely significantly on AI in 2024 to try and improve the intelligence of its handsets. The Galaxy S24 phones are the most intelligent Samsung phones to date, according to the list of features, some of which are exclusive.

Some significant improvements are made to the Galaxy S24 Ultra.

In addition to these clever features, the Galaxy S24 Ultra receives some noteworthy upgrades, including a brighter display, a more potent Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip for all markets, and a 50MP 5x zoom unit that promises lossless-like magnification even at 10x in place of the older 10MP 10x telephoto camera. The other cameras stay the same.

A redesigned titanium frame for the S24 Ultra and the removal of the curved screen are two other notable design modifications. The bezels on the display are now thinner and flat.
